IPv6+IPv4 connectivity at FRA3 affected Thursday 28th May 2026 12:03:00
We currently see IPv6 problems at FRA3 - IPv4 being unaffected. We're working with our datacenter provider to analyze and resolve this.
A planned change at our upstream provider, expected to have no customer impact, triggered an unforeseen loop during rollback, which unintentionally affected the network connectivity of customers like us.
So far we only have the feedback that our upstream operator is working on it; we currently observe IPv4 and IPv6 traffic to be working again but leave this incident open upon final confirmation that the root cause has been fixed successfully.
IPv4 is affected now, too. We can see that even our datacenter provider itself is no longer reachable so it seems to be a problem outside our infrastructure.
